Project Minnesota/León Delegations

What are delegations?

Delegations are groups united around a common interest that travel to León, Nicaragua with the support of PML. Delegations can be but are not limited to religious groups, business groups, student groups, or medical teams. They stay with host families to learn about various aspects of the host country – culture, politics, religion, education, history, and more. Delegates acquire an understanding of the realities of life in León, Nicaragua while at the same time sharing their own experiences. They also develop personal relationships and create memories that they value for the rest of their lives.
